Promoting Parental Equality since 2012

Our Core Objectives for a Gender-Equal Sweden within Europe

01

Gender-Neutral Legal Certainty in Social Services

We advocate for a judicial and social service system where legislation is applied transparently and without predetermined gender-based outcomes. By addressing systemic biases in custody proceedings, we support the EU goal of equalizing care responsibilities between men and women.

02

Evidence-Based Advocacy & Challenging Stereotypes

Through rigorous analysis, policy consultation, and public debate, we contribute to a fact-based discussion on family law. We actively work to dismantle harmful gender stereotypes that cast mothers as sole caregivers and fathers as secondary earners, promoting a more balanced model of modern fatherhood.

03

The Best Interests of the Child in Practice

A child's right to both parents is a cornerstone of the EU Strategy on the Rights of the Child. We work to ensure this principle is a practical reality in every judicial decision, moving beyond rhetoric to ensure children benefit from the presence and care of both parents.

04

Support for Work-Life Balance & Parental Guidance

We provide essential guidance to parents navigating family law proceedings. Our support helps fathers stay engaged in their children's lives, directly supporting the implementation of the Work-Life Balance EU Directive by removing the legal and social barriers that prevent men from taking an active, equal role in childcare.
